this site is presented as the hobby of the corrupt Blitz League manager's younger brother (the League's waterboy). As it turns out, that waterboy is the architect of all the puzzles, helping spread the word of his older brother's misdoings. He peppers his sci-fi site with hints for ARG players, which become more explicit as the game approaches conclusion. Had the ARG been able to run its course, the waterboy would've exposed and dethroned his brother, taking over the League with a promise to clean up its act. And "RabidTrek" would've become "RapidTrek," a bottled-water company to replace ChemiAde as the official League drink. But the ARG was cancelled mid-stream, so none of that came to be.
