depict Robots in Disguise Sideways and Axer, who never appeared in the cartoon
these characters got toys, but not screen-time. Their bios have declared them to be existing characters from other continuities, both of them more brutal universes than the goofy Robots In Disguise world they ended up in. So I imagine that while the camera was on the zany antics of the main cast, this was the kind of stuff happening just offscreen.
